Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

All work is performed under written contract or work order. Verbal agreements are not binding. Changes to scope of work must be documented in writing with customer approval.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For projects over $1,000, a deposit may be required
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge
• Returned checks subject to $35 fee plus bank charges

3. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from completion date. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by others.

4. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the contract price for the specific work performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, delays, or damages caused by pre-existing conditions.

5. Property Access

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We reserve the right to cease work if conditions become unsafe or if access is restricted.

6. Permits and Codes

When required, permits will be obtained at customer expense. All work performed to applicable building codes and standards. Customer responsible for any modifications required by building officials.

Information Collection

We collect only information necessary to provide our services, including contact information, property details, and project specifications.

Information Use

• To provide requested services and communicate about projects
• To send invoices and payment reminders
• To follow up on completed work and maintenance reminders
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties except as required by law or to provide services (such as suppliers for materials).

Data Security

Customer information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel only. Records are retained for seven (7) years for business and tax purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Douglas County, Nebraska, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
